We do not publish a roster of names. Partnership composition changes, and a page listing who was here last year is a page that misleads someone deciding today. What does not change is how a matter is staffed, and that is what this page sets out.
How a matter is staffed
- A partner leads every matter. Work is not passed down a chain. The person who assesses your position at the outset is the person who argues it.
- Research support, not delegation. Partners are supported on statutory analysis, decision retrieval and evidence compilation. Judgement on strategy stays with the partner.
- One point of contact. You are told at the start who that is, and you deal with them throughout.
- Co-counsel where honesty requires it. Tax litigation, criminal procedure, foreign law — we say so and work alongside counsel who holds that capability, rather than taking the file and learning on your time.

Litigation
Commercial Court proceedings in intellectual property and commercial disputes, and cassation before the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia.
Constitutional practice
Judicial review before the Constitutional Court. The firm acted as counsel in Case No. 144/PUU-XXI/2023, decided 30 July 2024.
Mediation
Certified mediators, relevant both to court-annexed mediation under Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2016 and to settlement outside proceedings.
Research and teaching
Affiliation with the Elsa Syarif Research Centre, and preparation of PKPA materials on intellectual property procedural law for advocate training.

Ask. Before any engagement we tell you which partner will lead the matter, what their relevant experience is, and who else will touch the file. We will put that in writing as part of the engagement terms. What we will not do is publish a page of biographies that may be out of date by the time you read it.
Working with us from abroad
We act as Indonesian co-counsel for foreign firms handling a client’s regional portfolio. Jakarta is UTC+7 — seven hours ahead of London, twelve ahead of New York. Correspondence and advice are provided in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
