Tell us the problem. We will tell you whether we are the right firm for it.

Enquiries are read by a partner, not a reception queue. If a matter sits outside our practice, we say so and point you to counsel who holds it.

For overseas counsel

We act as Indonesian co-counsel for foreign firms handling a client’s regional portfolio. Jakarta is UTC+7 — seven hours ahead of London, twelve ahead of New York. If a call is easier than correspondence, say so in your message and propose two windows.

Send a first message

Keep it short. We only need enough to tell whether we can help and who should read it.

A single sentence is enough — for example, “our mark is registered in Indonesia by a party we have no relationship with”. Please do not include confidential details, documents or deadlines at this stage.

What happens next. We check for conflicts before replying, which normally takes one to two business days. If we can act, we propose a scope and a fee basis in writing before any work begins. If we cannot, we tell you why and suggest where to go.

Please Read

Confidentiality and this form

A website enquiry form is not a secure channel and nothing sent through it is privileged. Until an engagement letter is in place, a conflict check is complete and a secure channel is agreed, please treat anything you send as capable of being read by someone other than us.

That is why the form asks for one line and not a case summary. It is not a formality — sending detail too early can prejudice your own position, including where the other side later seeks disclosure.

  • Do not attach documents, evidence or correspondence to a first enquiry.
  • Do not describe settlement positions, commercial figures or litigation strategy.
  • If a filing or hearing deadline is imminent, say that a deadline exists and give the date — nothing more.
  • We will propose a secure channel before any case detail is exchanged.

Content on this site is general information about Indonesian law. It is not legal advice on any specific matter, and reading it does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
